On Saturday, April 5, three former Karns High School standouts, including Alyssa Maples, Anna Kate Reichter and Hanna Bogoski’s current college team, the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Catawba Indians.
The game took place at Whitley Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Indians this season.
The Railsplitters’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 1 p.m. at Dorothy Neely Softball Complex against UVA Wise Cavaliers.
