12.8 percent of Johnson University students played sports on university teams in 2017-2018

In 2017-2018, 12.8 percent of Johnson University students participated in collegiate sports, according to data made available by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

Johnson University has 753 undergraduate students, of which 56 percent are men and 44 percent are women, and a total student body of 1,088 students. Of these students, 86 men and 53 women represented the school by participating in one or more of the sports with teams at the school.

This total does not include students playing intramural sports.

According to NCES, 8.7 percent of students enrolled at institutions of higher education with sports teams were on teams.

The sports at Johnson University with the most participants are soccer (34), baseball (27) and basketball (27).
