Chambers of Commerce, as a concept, are HUNDREDS of years old. As a member, you have the opportunity to instantly leverage your Chamber's DECADES (and sometimes centuries!) of organizational credibility, integrity, and respect.
Chambers are marketing & promotion POWERhouses, leveraging long-term relationships they've built with local media, leadership, and the community at large to get the word out about business brands & services.
They are a magnet for businesses. The varied membership of most chambers gives members access to a NUMBER of markets all for one investment.
They strive to present business owners in a positive light to the community and help to promote a business-friendly climate.
They want their communities to be a great place to LIVE (because that attracts more businesses and better job talent!). They often support local non-profits who are working to improve issues that affect quality of life.
