Season tickets for the 2026 Tennessee Volunteers football season have sold out, with all 70,500 purchased, according to an April 28 announcement from the university. This marks the fourth consecutive year that all available season tickets have been sold.

The ongoing high demand is also reflected in a renewal rate of over 97 percent for two years in a row. As of April 28, there are currently more than 29,000 people on the interest list for future seasons.

Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Danny White said, “We often talk about how Vol Nation sets us apart, and this is yet another remarkable testament to that. Four consecutive seasons of selling out more than 70,000 season tickets is further proof that the best fans in all of sports are on Rocky Top. We can’t wait to feel the Neyland Effect this fall!”

The department’s strategic plan called Rise Glorious had set an initial goal of selling 70,000 season tickets by the 2026-27 athletic year. That target has now been surpassed four years running since the start of the 2023-24 athletic year.

The upcoming football campaign will be Tennessee’s 130th and will continue a streak of sellouts at Neyland Stadium into its opener against Furman on September 5. The new Southeastern Conference schedule includes five conference games at home: Texas (September 26), Auburn (October 3), Alabama (October 17), Kentucky (November 7), and Louisiana State University (November 21).

Last season saw Tennessee attract over 713,000 fans to Neyland Stadium for a third straight year. The venue ranked fourth nationally and second within its conference for total attendance during that period. Since Josh Heupel began as head coach in fall of 2021, more than three and a half million fans have attended games at Neyland Stadium.

Fans interested in buying new season tickets can join an interest list for future years.
