The Tennessee Lady Volunteers rowing team, ranked fourth nationally, will travel to Princeton, New Jersey, for a major competition featuring three other top ten programs. The event is scheduled for April 17 and will be hosted by sixth-ranked Princeton on Carnegie Lake. Third-ranked Yale and eighth-ranked Virginia will also participate.

This regatta marks the final regular season contest for the Lady Vols before postseason action begins. All four teams in the field finished in the top ten at the 2025 NCAA Championships, with both Yale and Tennessee placing among the top five.

Racing is set to begin at 9 a.m. Eastern Time with the first varsity four event. Subsequent races will occur every fifteen minutes and include categories such as first varsity eight, second varsity eight, third varsity eight, second varsity four, and third varsity four. Fans can watch all races live on ESPN+.

Last week saw Tennessee athletes Alex Pidgeon and Frida Werner Foldager receive conference honors following their performances at the Rocky Top Invite. Pidgeon was named Southeastern Conference Rower of the Week while Werner Foldager earned Freshman of the Week recognition after helping secure victories over four ranked teams during that event.
