Tennessee’s track and field teams will finish the 2025–26 indoor regular season this Saturday, splitting their squad between two meets: the USC Invite in Columbia, South Carolina, and the Virginia Tech Challenge in Blacksburg, Virginia.

At the USC Invite, competition starts at 12:10 p.m. with Serges Taha participating in the men’s 60-meter hurdles preliminary round. The event concludes for Tennessee at 3:30 p.m., when T’Mars McCallum and Traunard Folson compete in the men’s 200-meter dash. Live results for this meet are being provided by AdkinsTrak Timing Associates.

Meanwhile, Kyle Ellis’ group of vertical jumpers will be at Virginia Tech to compete in high jump and pole vault events. Grant Campbell is set to open the meet at 11 a.m., coming off a personal-best high jump of 2.19 meters last week. Four Tennessee athletes are scheduled for the men’s pole vault at noon, while Kendall Ford represents the Lady Vols in women’s pole vault at 2:30 p.m. Flash Results is providing live updates from this meet.

In their previous outing at the Tyson Invitational, Tennessee athletes achieved notable performances including NCAA-leading times and new school records. Redshirt junior Traunard Folson matched the NCAA lead in the men’s 60-meter dash with a time of 6.49 seconds, finishing second against top-level competitors. Freshman Nelson Mapi Setek set a program record by winning the championship mile in 3:55.90, while Tennessee’s men’s 4×400-meter relay team posted a time of 3:02.46 to secure fourth place nationally. Myreanna Bebe also won her event and achieved an NCAA top-three ranking in women’s hurdles.

According to recent rankings from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), Tennessee’s men’s team holds second place nationally while the Lady Vols are ranked fifteenth.

This season, both teams have combined for twenty performances that currently rank among the top sixteen on NCAA Division I national qualifying lists across various events such as sprints, relays, jumps, throws, and hurdles.

The postseason begins soon after these meets with Tennessee scheduled to compete at the SEC Indoor Championships from February 26-28 in College Station, Texas.
