Vols are learning how to apply academic research to real-world policymaking! Eleven students recently traveled to Nashville to present their research projects to state legislators as part of the annual Posters at the Capitol event. While in the state capitol, the students had the opportunity to meet with state leaders and legislators, network with other researchers, and learn how to effectively communicate their research.
