Our City of Knoxville Parks and Recreation department is now accepting applications for the annual Recreation Challenge Grant program. We challenge nonprofits to imagine ways to enhance public parks & recreational facilities with special amenities (like the bike pump station show here) or programs to benefit all park/rec users.
