Congratulations to KPD crime scene technician LeAnn Bruce, who graduated from the National Forensic Academy. LeAnn was one of 30 individuals from all across the country who completed the 10-week advanced forensics training program. The program is facilitated by the University of Tennessee’s Law Enforcement Innovation Center. Chief Paul Noel served as the guest speaker for the graduation ceremony.
We appreciate LeAnn for her unwavering commitment to our mission of seeking justice for victims and making Knoxville a safer place.
